Be sure to review the RSA-approved information, review the common questions asked during the driving test, review the road signs, and take at least one practice driving test with a Drivewave evaluator to ensure that you are feeling confident and have the skills needed to pass your RSA driving test.
Prior to your driving test, confirm that the vehicle you intend to drive fulfills all RSA standards for roadworthiness and maintenance, meaning the car is roadworthy; all lights, indicators, and other equipment (horn, wipers, mirrors, and seatbelts) are functional; and the vehicle is clean and free of warning lights on the dashboard.
Ensure all required vehicle documentation is current and up to date (tax, insurance, NCT). These may be checked before commencing your test; it is essential that you have them in order.
Also, ensure you have a current, valid, and category B (as required for driving test) Learner Permit as per RSA regulations. Supplying all required documentation and demonstrating that your vehicle has been serviced to RSA standards will help prevent unnecessary delays or cancellations to your test.
